James Inhofe

Before being sworn in as a senator representing Oklahoma in 1995, James Inhofe served as a member of the House of Representatives and mayor of Tulsa. Well-known for his climate-change denialism and the author of The Greatest Hoax: How the Global Warming Conspiracy Threatens Your Future, he once threw a snowball inside the U.S. Capitol while arguing that global warming was a fiction.
