Saul Forbes Rae

(1914 - 1999)

The Canadian diplomat Saul Forbes Rae began his career in public-opinion research, coauthoring The Pulse of Democracy: Public Opinion and How It Works with George Gallup. He later served as a Canadian ambassador to the United Nations, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
