Edwin G. Burrows and Mike Wallace

Edwin G. Burrows (1943–2018) was Distinguished Professor of History at Brooklyn College. Mike Wallace is Distinguished Professor of History at John Jay College, City University of New York. They collaborated for twenty years to produce Gotham: A History of New York City to 1898, published in 1998.
