Penelope J. Corfield

Penelope J. Corfield is a professor of history at Royal Holloway, London University, and the president of the International Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies. Her books include The Georgians: The Deeds and Misdeeds of 18th-Century Britain, Time and the Shape of History, and Power and the Professions in Britain 1700–1850.
