Stephen Hawking

Stephen Hawking was born on the three hundredth anniversary of Galileo’s death and held a Cambridge University professorship that once belonged to Isaac Newton. Asked whether he would rather meet Newton or Marilyn Monroe if he could go back in time, Hawking replied, “Marilyn. Newton seems to have been an unpleasant character.”
