Kate Cooper

Kate Cooper is a historian of the ancient world whose work has changed how we see the rise of Christianity. Born in Washington, DC, Kate is Professor of History at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her books include Band of Angels: The Forgotten World of Early Christian Women, The Fall of the Roman Household, and Queens of a Fallen World: The Lost Women of Augustine’s Confessions.
