Patton Oswalt

The comedian, actor, and writer Patton Oswalt derived the title of his book Zombie Spaceship Wasteland from his belief that creative teenagers are drawn to one of the three; he gravitated toward wastelands. He starred in the movie Big Fan in 2009, the same year he recorded his third comedy album, My Weakness is Strong, for which he received a Grammy nomination. “America,” he once said, “is like a giant retarded trust-fund kid with nuclear weapons.”
