Mary Ruefle

Mary Ruefle was born outside Pittsburgh and spent her childhood moving around Europe and the United States in a military family. She has written numerous books of poetry, including Indeed I Was Pleased with the World, The Adamant, A Little White Shadow, and Post Meridian. She lives in Vermont.
