Ibn Hazm

The Spanish-born Muslim theologian, littérateur, and jurist Ibn Hazm produced some four hundred works before, during, and after the fall of the Caliphate of Cordova in 1031. His ambitious Book of Religions and Sects is one of the earliest works of comparative religious history.
