Paris A. Spies-Gans

Paris A. Spies-Gans is the author of A Revolution on Canvas: The Rise of Women Artists in Britain and France, 1760–1830. She has held fellowships at the Harvard Society of Fellows, the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art, the Getty Research Institute, the Lewis Walpole Library, and the Yale Center for British Art.
